Target audience

• Managers involved or to be involved in tendering and contracting procedures.
• Applicants should be eager to learn from others but also to share their knowledge and experience. Networking is a key aspect of this course.
• Applicants must understand and speak English fluently. This is indeed crucial to participate in discussions and workshops.

Selection procedure

• The course is limited to 25 participants in order to maximise the learning experience and interaction.
• Selection is done on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
• Only applicants demonstrating fluency in English will be accepted. Phone interviews will be conducted if necessary.

Application process

5 March 2012

• Deadline to benefit from the ‘early bird’ rate.
• UITP will start invoicing– the invoice is sent to the participant by email and post.
• As from 5 March, applicants will receive a confirmation message from UITP and will be invited to pay their participation fees.

30 Mars 2012

Cancellation policy

2 April 2012

• As from 2 April, UITP will deduct 50% of the according registration fee (less applicable bank charges) in case of cancellation. 

16 April 2012

• As from 16 April, no deduction can be made and the registration fee will be due, even in case of no show.

24 April 2012

• UITP must have received the payment or a proof of payment of participation fees. Registered participants whose payment is not initiated BEFORE the training programme will not be allowed to attend the training course.
