UITP reserves the right to amend the charges quoted should the VAT rate change before invoicing.

Participation fees include:

  • Training instruction;
  • Meals and coffee breaks as per the programme;
  • All training documents:
    • Before the training: UITP training supporting material;
    • On the spot: a binder including the trainers’ presentations;
    • After the training: A CD ROM including the training material and all presentations will be sent by post.

 

Terms and conditions

  • Once the applicant is registered, an invoice will be issued to his attention.
  • Please note that registration is assured only upon receipt of registration fees or a proof of payment (ex: copy of bank transfer to be sent by email to murielle.piette@uitp.org or by fax to +32 2 660 10 72 to the attention of Murielle Piette).
  • Registered participants whose payment is not complete BEFORE the training programme will not be allowed to attend.
  • Transaction fees are at the charge of the participants.
  • UITP will not cover travel costs for participation at the training programme.
  • The organiser reserves itself the right to make amendments to the programme or any relating activity at its discretion.

 

Cancellation policy

  • Please send your cancellations to the attention of Murielle Piette by:
  • In case of cancellation after 1 April, UITP will deduct 50% of the according registration fee (less applicable bank charges)
  • Please note that no deduction can be made after 15 April and the registration fee is still due, even in case of no show.
  • You may nominate another person from the same organisation at any time without penalty.

 

Force Majeure & causes beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser

  • UITP shall not be held responsible in case it cannot fulfill its obligations in the event of Force Majeure (as defined by the applicable laws, regulations or case law) or for other causes beyond its reasonable control.
  • UITP shall not be held responsible in case a delay occurs in fulfilling its obligations caused by any reason or situation beyond its reasonable power and control.
